Experiential Learning Center

Experiential Learning Center provides opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students to engage in a hands-on learning experience conducted in field based settings with relevant firms outside the traditional classroom environment.

Center for Financial Services and Derivatives

The Center for Financial Services and Derivatives is committed to prepare SXU students for today's competitive job market on a national and international level. This involves merging modern finance theories with hands-on practice and real-time data of the world financial markets. The Center will work and consult with our neighborhood communities and businesses to help plan their business ventures on sound financial principles, and help businesses figure out options that work best for their specific financial goals.

Awarding Academic Excellence with Beta Gamma SigmaBeta Gamma Sigma

GSM belongs to the Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) Honors Society that recognizes academic excellence in business studies. Each year, students who rank in the top 10% of the undergraduate class and 20% of the graduate class are nominated to join the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society at the GSM and are inducted as a BGS lifetime member with exclusive access to educational and professional benefits.

Mark Rosenbaum

Dr. Mark S. Rosenbaum, dean of the Graham School of Management, arrived at Saint Xavier University in 2019 from the University of South Carolina where he served as professor and chair of the Department of Retailing. Prior, he was Kohl's Corporation professor of retailing at Northern Illinois University and assistant professor of marketing at the University of Hawaii.

Dr. Rosenbaum is a three-time Fulbright recipient: a 2009 Fulbright Scholar in Cambodia, a 2015 Senior Fulbright Scholar in Nepal and a 2019 Fulbright Specialist in Uzbekistan. He is currently the co-editor of the Journal of Services Marketing and an associate editor at the Journal of Business Research. Serving as research faculty fellow at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Dr. Rosenbaum has also been a visiting professor at the American Hotel Academy in Brasov, Romania and at Externado University in Bogota, Colombia.

Prior to academia, Dr. Rosenbaum worked in the fine jewelry industry and in luxury retailing. He received his B.S. from Indiana University, MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago, M.A. from New York University, M.S. from San Diego State University and Ph.D. from Arizona State University.
